The following payment types are available on our site:
- Payments via credit cards VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards (processed via the secure Shopify Payments platform)
To guarantee our customers maximum security, payments for purchases made by credit card are processed with digital certification, via secure servers that adopt the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system: the payment system we have chosen for our site is Shopify Payments, an international leader in the field of electronic payments. Shopify Payments takes care of encrypting the information entered, so as to make it impossible for external users to intercept it.
During the payment phase, the user can enter the credit card details in the dedicated section. The card data (number and expiry date) are processed absolutely securely thanks to the very strict security protocols of the Shopify Payments platform. The data is then directly sent to the relevant bank, guaranteeing maximum protection.
Thanks to the Shopify Payments payment system, the online transaction is totally safe: in fact, no one, not even Giorgiobarattishop.com, can become aware of the credit card codes used by our customers. The code is used exclusively for the payment transaction. When the payment is completed, confirmation is immediately provided to the customer and Giorgiobarattishop.com only receives a receipt/transaction number from the bank. Credit card codes do not remain stored in any of our electronic or paper archives.
Once payment has been received, confirmation will be sent via email and the order will then be processed.
In the event of cancellation or non-acceptance of the order by Giorgiobarattishop.com, the amount will be refunded by crediting the amount back to the Customer's card. Giorgiobarattishop.com will not be responsible for any damage caused by cancellation or non-acceptance of the order.

- Advance bank transfer
The order confirmation email indicates the Baratti Antiquario srl bank details to be used to make the payment. The Customer must indicate the order reference number among the accountant's notes.
To speed up the processing times of the goods, it is advisable to send the accountant including the CRO number via e-mail to info@giorgiobarattishop.com
If the bank transfer is not received within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of placing the order, the order will be canceled without further notice.
Following receipt of payment, confirmation will be sent via email and the order will then be processed.
All payments will be made to Baratti Antiquario srl without the customer being able to raise any compensation, deduction or other claim. In case of non-payment of the price due by the customer within 7 days of placing the order, the sales contract will be considered legally terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of article 1456 of the civil code.
