The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within fourteen (14) days from the date on which he took possession of the Products or, in the case of multiple deliveries for the same order, from the date of the last delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal we invite the Customer to follow the procedure described below. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract by sending giorgiobarattishop.com, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, a communication that includes the following information:
- indication of the Products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the order number;

Our staff will provide all the instructions to start the return procedure.

The Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, without damage, in the original packaging, with the original labels attached and with the relevant accessories, gifts (if any) and documents (for example, instruction booklet, Product certificates , etc.), if present, and in an undamaged box.

If a returned Product does not meet the conditions for return, giorgiobarattishop.com will re-send such Product to the address indicated during the order. The return will be made within thirty (30) days from the date on which giorgiobarattishop.com communicated the refusal of the returned Products, unless an event of force majeure occurs, an event beyond the reasonable control of giorgiobarattishop.com or circumstances unpredictable.

giorgiobarattishop.com will refund the amounts paid by you, excluding shipping costs within fourteen (14) days from the date on which giorgiobarattishop.com received the Products or on which the Customer demonstrated that they had returned them, depending on which of the two be the first.

Returns from countries outside the European Union are not accepted.

giorgiobarattishop.com will make the refund using the same payment method you used when placing the initial order. We also inform you that giorgiobarattishop.com may reduce the refund based on any devaluation of the Products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
